A tiny, cozy restaurant in the village with traditional Cypriot décor and a friendly owner/chef who really knows how to bring out the most of his fresh ingredients. The place to go for a perfect Argentinian beef or a salmon steak served with locally grown vegetables. Here you can eat either international or Cyprus traditional food. Vegetarian dishes too. Popular with both locals and people from outside the village. Limited size means it may become crowded. Call before you go.

For something a little bit different - this is not a typical Cyprus restaurant. The restaurant serves a range of excellent, innovative well-presented dishes at reasonable prices. Meat, fish, poultry and duck are all on the menu here, as well as a variety of salads and vegetarian options. A delicious choice of desserts, and a good selection of wines including those from small local wineries.

300m from Aunt Maria's - walk towards the church, you cannot miss it. Restaurant closed on Tuesdays, but open on major holidays.

Lefkara Pavilion

In the centre of the village. A family-run restaurant which has served locals and visitors for more than 30 years. Home cooked authentic traditional Cyprus dishes at reasonable prices include Lefkara tava, kleftiko, keftedes, souvlaki and mousaka. Vegetarian option also available.  Delicious Cyprus Souvla is served on weekends.

Christos' Grill

Traditional food in a local tavern. A basic, unpretentious place serving the traditional Cyprus souvlaki, sieftalies and grilled meats. The Cyprus answer to fast food - but much better! Also takeaway.

One of the most popular restaurants in Cyprus and deservedly so. A large restaurant serving generous portions of Cyprus meat dishes and complimentary ‘pourekia’. Home made pasta. Wines from local wineries. Excellent value for money. 8 km towards Vavatsinia.

If you go for Sunday lunch, go early as it gets very crowded.

I Limni - The Lake (Ayios Theodoros beach)

Right by the seashore of Ayios Theodoros. Excellent fresh fish with fresh salads. One of the best value fish taverns on the coast - 20 km from Lefkara.

There are also restaurants on the waterfront at Zygi, a fishing village nearby, which are popular with locals, and at Governor's Beach - 25 km from Lefkara.

There is also the Ayios Georgios Alamanos restaurant serving a variety of platters at the picturesque beach of Ayios Georgios Alamanos.
